(_IO_file_fopen): Change to use _IO_off64_t.
(_IO_file_attach): Likewise.
(_IO_do_write): Likewise.
(_IO_file_sync): Likewise.
(_IO_file_seek): Likewise.
(_IO_file_seekoff): Likewise.  Use _G_stat64.
(_IO_file_fopen64): New function.
(_IO_file_jumps): Initialize showmanyc and imbue.
