Two amendments are contained, one to change the election period from three to
two weeks from the start of classes, and a second to add a code of conduct for
the club.
The makefile and directory file have been modified such that the code of
conduct is visible on the website.
This reverts commit 14fdc8b71c.
Any change to the constitution, even a typo fix, must be approved by the
membership in accordance with the text of the constitution, since it does not
provide any other way to correct typos.
