Note: I changed ubuntu_ports url since cannonical does a good job of keeping info on the status of the official mirror here https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca-archive

@jtoft does the Canonical status page also check for whether ubuntu_ports is up to date? I thought those were separate things?
