The TUI has been rewritten using urwid instead of asciimatics. The MVC pattern was also used to help increase organization and readability.
The mouse has been disabled, which allows users to easily copy text from the terminal.
Terms are now sorted when displayed, for both the CLI and the TUI.

Now using Python's distutils for installing the Python modules
into the wrong place and python-support for moving them into
the right place, byte-compiling, and all that jazz.
Updates in this version:

* Vim-style keybindings for CEO menus.
* Bug fix: call setreuid(euid, euid) in csc-chfn and csc-chsh.
* Bug fix: run less in "secure" mode.
