The www/membership-confirmation repo doesn't seem to be actively maintained anymore, and the site is down due to a bug in the way the ceod API was being used.

We should add a simple web UI to ceod for members to sign up or renew their membership, then remove the membership-confirmation project in the www/membership-confirmation site.

The repo is private. Also, it should be closed by www/membership-confirmation#3, so I'll close this issue.
