Make sure that members are automatically unsubscribed when their membership expires.

This should also be a very low-frequency newsletter if you're going to subscribe people automatically. The Mailman web UI doesn't currently allow people to unsubscribe if they don't have an existing Mailman account, so it's very awkward for people to unsubscribe themselves right now.
