Automatically send membership renewal reminder at start of term
At the beginning of a new term, if a user's membership is about to expire (after the one-month grace period), ceo should automatically send them an email reminding them to renew their membership.
The email should contain the following information:
- How to renew their membership
- The renewal deadline
- The resources they will lose access to if they don't renew (e.g. general-use machines)
- The mailing lists they will automatically be unsubscribed from (currently, just csc-general)
For now, we should only send reminders to general members (i.e. not club reps).
Deleting a branch is permanent. It CANNOT be undone. Continue?
