Aditya Thakral	44af493832	Do not use index: as metadata for OrganizedContent (#468) ... @merenber recently merged this #462 It is a little annoying that we have to manually change the index in literally all the other unrelated files. This PR introduces an ORDER.json file that orders the sections as an array.
