Ideas:

Dockerfile with a mounted volume to put build files in
- We would need docker installed on caffeine in this case
Ask Max to make sure nvm is installed and use that to enforce node version
Download node binaries and directly use those

We talked to Max about this, and for now we're running a script on caffeine, and deploying manually. This process can be automated, just like the staging server.
