Tweak Shapes Background #184

Some ideas for tweaking the random shape generation in the ShapesBackground:

Adjust mobile shapes background(s) to prevent shapes from overlapping with the header text/image
Prevent shapes from overlapping with the bubble at the bottom of the Meet the Team page
Adjust boxHeight or something to reduce the large amount of whitespace that sometimes occurs at the bottom of pages
Prevent identical shapes from generating next to each other
Connect shape generation probability to the size of the box/page, so that fewer shapes generate when the margins are smaller
