Set an explicit width and height on image elements to reduce layout shifts and improve CLS.

Here are the ones Pagespeed was complaining about

This is also particularly relevant for the Meet the Team page, where there are a lot of images. (The shapes in the ShapesBackground are not generating all the way to the bottom of this page because of this.)

This is also very important for Meet the Team page, because there are many images and it affects performance quite heavily
