Mobile Advice pages have extra space on the right side #248

On smaller mobile screens, there appears to be some extra white space on the right hand side of the three Advice pages. This is particularly noticeable when we look at the Footer.

Perhaps this will be fixed with #173.

EDIT: I think this issue is being caused by the "Co-op Advice/Academic Advice/Additional Resources" menu being too wide.
