ShapesBackground is buggy on mobile Firefox #267

Oftentimes, the shapes would be wonky on mobile Firefox - see the attached images for some examples.

When the shapes were not loaded/positioned properly, then I also could not scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen - I could only see the top half of the footer.
Sometimes if I waited for long enough and/or browsed to some different pages, then the shapes would actually work properly!!! (I didn't take any screenshots of that, though.)

I'm curious to see if someone else can replicate this issue in Firefox on their phone.
