Revamp talks page #414

Things to do:

Priority: Add a new talk page for the Unix 101 talks from this term to the top of the page, using the following media:
- https://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/csclub/Unix-101-Winter-2022-Session-1.jpg
- https://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/csclub/Unix-101-Winter-2022-Session-1.mp4
Redo the md file indices so that oldest talks are at the bottom and newest talks are at the top
Add all the talks on Mirror.csc to the talks page. Right now some, like https://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/csclub/csc-live-alt-tab2021-03-27_18-20-56.webm, aren't there.
Embed the video somehow into the page so that people browsing don't have to download the videos to watch them. We can (and should) still link to downloadable files, just also embed them into the page so people can just play the video as well.
