Update Meet the Team page for Spring 2022 #436

Update the Programme Committee and Syscom/Termcom names/headshots on the Meet the Team page to reflect our Spring 2022 team.

In particular:

Ask execs for a blurb about themselves (see the current Meet the Team page for some examples)
- Blurbs are only required for President, VP, AVP, Treasurer, and Sysadmin
Remove old committee members from the page
- Also remove their images from images/team
Use the images from the Headshots folder for anyone who uploaded them
Update "Website Committee" to "Web Committee", and "Class Representatives" to "Community Coordinators"
- Also update the role name "Representative" to... something else (ask Sat).

Please also ensure that within each team, the team leads are listed first, and then other team members are listed alphabetically by first name.
