News Archive should have more spacing between each news item. #465

News archive just looks like a wall of text compared to the light theme.
Bright headlines have been added. To make each news item look more distinct, we should add more spacing between each news item. In the current layout, there is more spacing between the paragraphs in a news item compared to the spacing between each news item.
