Update Meet the Team page for Spring 2023 #581

Update the committee members + photos on the Meet the Team page to reflect our Spring 2023 team.

Note that Discord Mods and Office Staff do not need to be listed on the website. Syscom also does not need to be changed.

In particular:

Update exec blurbs
- Joshua's blurb: https://discord.com/channels/967247944401158174/977713509955698758/1110394369518874626
- You may need to bug Andrea for her blurb
Remove old committee members
- Also remove their images from images/team please
Add new committee members
Use the images from the Headshots folder for anyone who uploaded them
Double check in staging that everything looks okay
- Within each team, the names should be listed in order: 1. team leads, 2. team members in alphabetical order by first name, 3. advisors (I think we do this sorting programmatically, but yeah please double check, tyty)

Finding the files to update is left as an exercise to the reader. Let @a258wang or @snedadah know if you have any questions.
