Could we please change the <s>...</s> to ~~...~~ for the strikethrough instead? The <s> tags are messing up the text margins (https://csclub.uwaterloo.ca/~a3thakra/csc/waive-w22-fees/get-involved/) but changing it to ~~ seems to fix it.
