Previously, the instructions for "Online Term" on the Get Involved page would be open by default. This PR changes the instructions for "In Person" to be open by default.

There are also some other small wording changes on the Get Involved page.

What if we went with "If you're interested in getting involved with CS Club, ..."? I'm just not sure if we should introduce the term "committee" in this high-level description, especially since the page also contains info about general membership.
