Certain graphs don't have a description blurb to go along with them. The ComponentWrapper component should be able to display the question and the graph without having to display a description. Currently, the ComponentWrapper has a mandatory property bodyText for the description.

This might require a bit of thinking on the design side on how this will affect the layout and spacing. A possible layout could be to have the question and graph stacked on each other vertically.
