Dropdowns on Get Involved page should show cursor on hover #199

Those two arrow things under 'General Membership' on the Get Involved page should have a cursor: pointer on hover, to make it obvious that they are clickable. Maybe a small change in colour too.

Also, under Membership Renewal, please make sure to put the current term in parentheses whenever you write "this term". Otherwise, if we forget to update the website, the statement will no longer be correct.
