Delete Branch "ProfTalk-CSCOlympics"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Adding past S23 events (CSC Olympics, Prof Talk with Gavin Duggan) for archival purposes
do we have a square image to use for the Ryan Duggan talk? (typically it works best for the website if the event images are square)
also a very nitty nit, the files can probably be called
CSC-Olympics.md
andProf-Talk.md
(ie. get rid of the "S23") since they are already in thespring/
directory :)great work overall though! thanks for taking this on :D

nit: let's keep this field (pun unintended) as just
'CIF Field'
- because of how this information is displayed on the website (it's like a subtitle in a card) it's better to keep it short and put the extra details in the body of the post@ -0,0 +15,4 @@

nit: because of how markdown works, we need an extra newline between these two lines in order for them to actually occur on two separate lines in the website

Ever had an existential crisis on whether or not you're taking the right path? Fear no longer!
CSC and EngSoc is joined by Professor Gavin Duggan on July 19th, as he unpacks how doing things differently and embracing failure can make life harder, yet more interesting and more productive.
nit: same thing here about adding an extra newline between the two lines if we want them to be separate paragraphs

name: '\"Attention to Failure: There's No Such Thing as Typical Innovation\" with Professor Gavin Duggan'
just realized, we probably need to replace the apostrophe in
...There's No Such Thing...
either with the’
apostrophe character, or with an escaped single quote character (ie.\'
) - otherwise it'll mess up the parsing@ -0,0 +1,20 @@

oops lol i see that the outer quotation marks have been changed to double quotes, so i don't think we need to escape the apostrophe/single quote anymore
btw you can try running the site locally using
npm run dev
, and then visithttps://localhost:3000/events
to preview your changesthanks Josh for getting this done!
